Teacher literacy skills through minimum competency assessment training

Improving the education evaluation system is part of independent learning policy aiming at encouraging improvement quality and outcomes in Indonesia. The Ministry Education Culture Indonesia plans implementation a national assessment 2021. Changes to this evaluate students’ competence map form inputs, processes, results that will be achieved. Thus, no longer an individual assessment. In order accelerate Indonesian Education, it necessary reflect both from relevant agencies school as main actors Based on thought, carry out training for teachers compiling AKM problems. purpose study find preparing minimum competency assessments teachers, whether there increase teacher literacy skills, how respond through training. research method implemented was qualitative descriptive analysis with three stages: preparation, implementation, evaluation. are assessed based development MGMP Surabaya obtained 86% increased results. Training by each workshops were known 3 participants gained significant results, 38%-46%, while seven other ranging 4%-8% experienced increase. These show success activities teachers. trainee response provide good excellent feedback.
